Returns Policy

Please contact us at : returns@substatecollective.com within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with the print quality so we can contact our manufacturer straight away. If there is any other fault you have 7 days to request the return.
Include in the email:
- Your order number;
- Photos, where relevant, of the issues.
We will then review the details and forward you the information on where to send the goods if accepted.

All returned items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed with Tags attached.
Substate Collective does not accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items.
We do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.

If your refund request is confirmed, Substate Collective will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in.

Our return policy applies to most items, but a few exceptions exist. Those listed below cannot be returned:

Deliberately damaged items;
Items sent back for return more than the stated timeframe that we gave to you once the return was accepted.
Items deemed to no longer be required due to delayed delivery are delayed due to misinformation provided to Substate Collective, such as the recipient’s incorrect phone number or shipping address.

If you wish to exchange any items you will need to return and then re-order the selected item
Please Return your original purchase in the packaging that was supplied with it, Must have tags attached.
Once the item is received and it is in an unworn and perfect condition a refund will be issued
Refunds normally take around 3-10 business days, Credit Card refunds can take around 3-7 days Debit Card refunds can take around 5-10 days, Some refunds can appear within 1-3 days dependant on Bank or Merchant.
